©Elysium Lightbody Retunement

Several years ago, I was visiting my brother and his family in Hungary, when my sister-in-law asked if I would like to take her session with a ‘Celestian Alignment Guide’ because she had double booked. The flyer in my head read like some “religious sect with all the red flags of a horrifying step change from indoctrination, to abuse and subjugation” for a second. But the Mystery of the ©Elysium Light-body Retuning has turned my life upside down and made me question some of the hard science I have learnt.

A week after my first session and back in the UK, I was admitted to hospital due to severe dehydration, which had led me to pass out. I was rehydrated intravenously and regained consciousness. But despite repeated samples and lab tests the wonderfully caring medics on duty were unable to identify the cause. No virus or bacteria was evident.

​

I arrived at my own diagnosis. Could it be that I did not like the food I had been eating since childhood? An instinctive voice inside me whispered something like “this is your new beginning manifesting…” (“…of what???” – I whispered back.)

​

Sure enough, three-months later I lost almost everything I had worked so hard to achieve over five years as a mental health professional. A journey full of sacrifices and self-doubt. My career came crashing down because the lead clinician in my practice where I was working, assumably, became jealous of me and refused to let me progress toward certification nor signing off my clinical hours, making it impossible for me to work in the UK healthcare sector and/or as a schema therapist. I have never felt so betrayed or exploited in a work environment in my life. It was a truly dark place to be with all roads seemingly blocked; I began to lose hope.

But once I made the connection between my healing session and what had happened to me, I went back to Hungary to have my ‘light-body retuned’ with the help of the various ‘Elysium Mysteries’. I began to feel stronger and more myself.

Sometime later, I met Bea & Anikó (www.stellarnations.com). I attended their quarterly teachings in the Danube-band, read their books and used their corresponding meditations almost daily. I was invited to participate in the initiation (think about it as a very thorough and months-long self-development training course in the spiritual, cosmic and healing world) of the Elysium Mystery.

At the same time my professional life started to take off. I independently found a brilliant and supportive supervisor in the EU and qualified as an advanced schema therapist. As a psychotherapist, I was given so much work in Hungary, that within six months after my `exclusion’ I was able to help people suffering from mental illnesses and established therapy groups, which I truly love facilitating. And then – yes, there’s more! – just after starting the Elysium initiation, some of my patients regressed into one of their past lives, instead of their childhood, when I did imagery rescripting with them.

​

My highly insightful supervisor has encouraged me to explore this transcendental work outside the confines of traditional psychology. I revisited what I learnt in New York from clinical psychologist, Dr Brian Weiss (www.brianweiss.com), who researched and documented almost 50 years of patient cases who he treated with past-life-regression, and wrote several books about them.

​

Much to my surprise I have found complementing psychology with what I have taken from Elysium to be highly effective. I can do invaluable groundwork with the help of schema therapy cognitively, experientially and behaviourally, and if the client regresses to a previous life, instead of their current life’s childhood experience, I feel confident to walk with them there. And separately, I am also able to offer healing with Elysium.

The realisation that Schema and Elysium can inform and complement each other has set me free in my approach to therapy. The Elysium teachings have grounded me and set my place in the universe. It’s given me a place of great comfort and joy to retreat to when hope is waning.
